In the rare case that you're unhappy with your product, we will gladly allow a 14 day period after receiving your item(s) to send them back unused and in the same new condition. It must also be in original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer unless the exchange is the result of a shipping error on behalf of LickiDock. The buyer is responsible for shipping. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. We do not refund original shipping fees or return shipping fees. Returns are not eligible on customized orders. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted as follows: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to LickiDock error.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
All LickiDock products are made to order, which means they are not currently in stock and we make them when a order comes in! They are prioritized in the sequence that they are received. Please see above for estimated production times. This time will vary based upon the current number of orders.
